David Charles Williams is a British Artist living and working in Wales. His practice primarily straddles upon the ideology of Abstract painting, where he continues to explore the possibilities and boundaries of paint on canvas, using formulate processes, composed abstract structures and instinctive visual perception, whilst asking where the 'natural' ends and the 'synthetic' begins? David's paintings are beautiful, thoughtful, rhythmic abstractions that invoke contemplation, wether it via their luring subtlety or by their blatant luminosity or perhaps through their anamorphic nature. Taking inspiration from nature, the nature of 'self' and the physicality of the medium, David continues to look ever further forward yet equally further backward whilst standing right in the present.

David has a forceful Arts background, training and working within Fine Art, Music, Fashion, Graphic Design, Film and Computer Aided Arts and Media. He is also extremely active in sports taking general well health seriously and continues to grow in many aspects of his life.
